At Soul Sista Scents, every product is handmade with care. We want you to love your purchase!
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at soulsistascents@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our handmade bath and body products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used products
- Body butters, sugar scrubs, room sprays, or other personal care items that have been opened
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the error was ours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product.
